yesterday I have purchased a birthday cake from Monginis Cake shop( named Rimo Monginis Cake Shop) , dumdum, kolkata . Attached photo and bill for reference . For the same today somehow got replacement. But the replaced one also not good . When the same I informed the dealer (9830151756)he just ignored and disconnected the phone .

Today I got replacement but this is also detoriated
