We have purchased Morphy Richard Steam Mop Super Vapor from Master Investment and Marketing , Pune on 14/03/2012. The product which we have purchased is not giving the result which we were expecting. The problem with the machine is , it is not giving the required steam which was committed to us by the dealer from whom which we purchased. We also registered a complaint on 4th March , 2013 . The complaint number is 4217296. We contacted the service station and an engineer visited us and checked the machine. He suggested us to change the part and took the machine along with him to the service station. After few days , he came back and told us that the machine is alright. When we checked it , the machine was in the same condition which it was before repairing and the engineer gave us the false commitment. When we told this to the engineer ,he admitted that the machine is still faulty and the service station told him to give the machine in this condition. When we again gave the complaint to the engineer in their feed back form , no one have contacted us till today’s date and the machine is still not working properly. We had given the complaint during the warranty period and they gave the false commitment that we wont be charged for the service.

We want the machine to be replaced as we are not satisfied with the product we have received. The company should improve its service.
