I made a complaint regarding my Morphy Richards steam iron cruiser on 17th April , the technician visited my home and after checking the product he said that your product is undre rwarranty but you will be charged because your complaint doesn’t comes under the warrant, and the technician said that I’ll visit your home after2 days because right now. I don’t have complete equipments. Next day I called customer care and told them about my complaint and I also mentioned that technician was saying that my complaint is chargeable then customer care person informed that technician misguided me, my complaint is not chargeable and it comes under warranty and customer care said that we are againg registering another complaint and a technician will visit my place, now it’s been more than two weeks no one visited my place, when today I called customer care and asked them about all the complaints I made till now then they said that 1 complaint is closed by saying that house was locked, which is completely false, the technician visited my place on first complaint but miss guided me as I mentioned above, and when I asked them about two other complaint I made regarding the same problem, then they said that second complaint was closed by saying that customer did not respond on phone call, however the technician called me on the 2end complaint confirmed home address on phone but never visited my place and the 3rd complaint I made on 29th April morning is still in process but my warranty is being expired in this month which I mentioned them very clearly in first complaint, now I think that they do not want to help in warrant period and knowningly delaying in solving my problem so that my warranty period gets ezpired .

I just want my steam iron plating to replaced because it cannot be repaired and also get it done within warranty period
