bought c mobile from flipcart on 9sept,2014. phone went faulty on 7april,2015 and gave it for repair atB2X,hazratganj, lucknow, authorized after sales partner of motorola. i was told it takes about 4 days for software problem and 10 days to correct hardware problem. on 11 april i inquired about phone & was told motherboard was at fault and it will take 1 week for repair. on 18 april i again contacted them and was told one more week is needed. meanwhile i contacted motorola call center and also contacted them through email and online chatting. they failed to trace my phones status report and said that they will escalate my case and i will receive call from local team. but nothing happened and no one contacted me. i desperately kept on contacting them and they kept on giving me false hopes. i again contacted service center on 25 april and again one week was asked. finally i went to service center on may, and again they kept on making excuses and said a few more days are needed as there is shortage of spare parts.
i gave motorola a lot of time and liberality but all they did was fooled me all the time being it on chat session, on calling or on emailing them. so finally i want them to compensate me for all this trouble 1. i want a compensatory charge of rs. 300 per day from 27th april till the time i am not contacted for my phone. 2. i am suspicious about the genuinity of my mobile and its parts being kept for so long..so warranty of my phone should be extended for 2 months. 3.lastly if above conditions are not fulfilled then i want motorola to pay me the full amount of my phone which i paid for it and let them have that phone. please do look in the case and please let me finally get justice..these companies really just keep on bullying innocent guys like us taking our time and trouble for granted.
