Please solve my issue as these are heights of harassment at service centers. I hv visited at your service center named B2X at shakarpur laxmi nagar delhi on 1st of may regarding battery and speaker problem in my phone. They had checked and confirmed me that battery would get replaced and will take around 8 days. I agreed. They took my phone and provide me service note. On 9th may i called up their. They confirmed that after an hour i can collect the phone. I reached their after 2 hrs of calling them. After that alsi they took another 2 hrs of mine and replied that it will take another 2 days to get the problem rectified. I again agreed on that. Then on 11 may they called me and says that motherboard needs to get changed and it will take another 4 days. I again agreed. Now today they called me up and says that some part if my phone is broken and it is nit covered under warranty and need to pay Rs.6000 now for get the same repaired. I said them they should have confirmed me if is their anything broken on the very first day. Then they started shouting. I just said that it is not my fault because when i handed over the phone nothing was broken in that. And if yes Agen they should hv confirmed me on that point of time only not after 14 days. My phone is still with them.Till then i am in regular followup with motorola customer care Team, (Miss Ashwini) But not provided any solution to my problem. Both Motorola and service center harrase me as they told me twice to visit service center to collect my device and said it is now working fine, but when i visited their and waited for more that an hour, they told me that i have to pay the charges only then it will get repaired.
I want my phone back with fully repaired, because the problem arise in device when it was in the custody of service center is not my fault and i will not pay for that damage. Request you to please look into the case and help me.
