motorola – no replacement of item

this refers to the motorola defy xt 535 mobile handset purchased online from manicstore.com. the product was received and after the opening i found a spot at the display screen, which i know is a manufacturing defect. as per to the company’s norm a customer is suppose to inform within 24 hrs, if a defective item is received so that a replacement could be made. i did as to their company’s norm. i phone them more then 68 times and everytime the customer support executive gave layman execuses. at a point they agree its a defect and it will be replaced and now they say we cant. its more then 12 days neither my handset is received nor any call was made to me regarding the status of my handset. pls help.. this is a fake website who makes false promises to customers.

i want replacement of the handset and make this maniacstore feel that every customer is important and valuable for making successful bussiness because false commitment does not run bussiness smooth going.
