The company took full payment from my old mother in law and promised her delivery of goods as she was moving into another flat and post chasing them have delivered only one sofa instead of 4 items, they had sent a broken defective cabinet earlier, which was returned , however the other 3 furniture is still pending delivery and the person keeps lying on when it would be delivered, which is causing lot of inconvenience to my old in laws.

Action against such cheats ,who take old people for ride and dont adhere to proper customer service.
