Paid Rs16,000/- as advance cash as the dealer does not accept cheque and also does not provide bill. Mr. Murtaza supplied me glass worth Rs3000/- of good quality and the toughened glass/mirror worth Rs13,000/- were of substandard quality with cracks & scratches. On complaining, he took the glasses back from our residence but did not replace it nor refunded Rs13,000/-. He says u do what u want or show me the proof that u have paid me the money.

Now we want refund of Rs13,000/-
