I visited the said restaurant for dinner on 11/10/2013 where I was charged more than MRP for a mineral water bottle. when asking about the same, the manager responded that they will change like this only. Moreover, the service tax is exempted by Uttarakhand government presently but in the bill they have mentioned and chanrged the service change @5% and did not give any answer for the same.

I require a written apology along with the excess money charged by them and assurance of not repeating the same practice with the customers
