I booked a refrigerator(Whirlpool) for Pune on 27/07/2013 for the some of rupees 3370/- through M/S.Bajrang Packers & Movers from kolkata. They told me that the material will reached within 10 days to destination. But till date I have not received the material. I have called so many times to their office no (033-60505555) but they are not revert to me properly. Also not revert my mails.Even their co ordinator Mr.Sreerup Ghosh’9836607148 not picks up my phone also.My invoice no is 1272.I have done full payment.

I want to back my refrigator and also Rs.5000/- for mental harrasment.
