Paid Rs.Five lacs on 2nd September, 2011 as refundable advance as prelaunch of the Project: Park Generations at Sector-37 D, Gurgaon, by M/s. BPTP Ltd, New Delhi for smallest size i.e. 1200 sq. feet flat. On 30th November, 2011 received a Payment request for a 1760 sq. feet flat. Sent a letter dated 24th December, 2011 to refund our money alongwith interest thereon being not fulfilling any of the terms. Not shown anything before that, no plan, no pamphalets, no design. As it was a prelaunch, and they had agreed to refund our money if we are not interested in the project at the time of launch.Since than we are sending letters, calls and mails. They are not refunding our hard earned money. The money was paid by me from the account of me and my wife Mrs. Sarla Jain, and Customer Code provided by them is: BE 73/134059.
