I hereby file this request against M/s Earth Infrastructure whose agents visited my office and suggested investing in Earth Studios. After reviewing their website, I decided to invest and there after I paid Rs.2, 00, 000 (Rupees Two Lakhs Only) against the investment in Earth Studios Titanium vide account in Karnataka bank Ltd. in the name of my wife Ms. Monika Miglani. This checque was collected by their agents and I was informed that necessary application work and other details shall be collected from us within a week. This checque was cleared from saving bank account dated 24 Aug 2013 vide checque No. 944417. Until today, M/s Earth infrastructure has neither attempted to contact me or provide me any other information. They have not even got the application form filled up from me. Since then we have not heard any information from Earth Infrastructure on the application status or booking details. They have not cared to get even the application form filled by customer against this payment. Looking at the lack of professionalism and laid back attitude on the investments, I decided to withdraw the investment from company and have submitted the request in April 2013. As final paper in form of relationship proof I have submitted my marriage certificate on April 2013. Since then I have been following up with M/s Earth Infrastructure on this refund. They have committed three date(s) and each time they have refused to clear this refund to me. It’s going to almost six month since my request of refund and over 1 year since I made this payment to them. They are wrongly holding back my payments on one excuse or other. I have tried to meet their directors in their Karol Bagh office thrice and each time they have declined to meet or to refund my money. Their Management calls me for meeting and then do not attend the meeting themselves and use this as delaying tactics on the payments. I met someone who introduced himself as Senior VP, I am though not sure on his designation and he met me only to inform me that is not right person to contact for refund and I was made to run pillar to post by their other staff members over months who confirmed me that Senior VP is the concerned authority on refund. Since then they have not responded besides one email acknowledgement of my last notice email prior to filing this complaint.

I am requesting my principle amount refund along with interest for over 14+ months of wrongful usage of the amount by M/s Earth Infra
