My company M/S Extreme Buildspace Autotech Pvt.Ltd.Pune, had purchased the SOS/Fire Emergency telephone(12 nos.+3nos.) for tunnel project in Jaipur against our PO no.EBAPL/12-13/090512/PCD/4 dated 09.05.2012 from PCD Fire Systems,Mumbai. Before finalizing order on PCD fire systems we have briefed Mr.Vikas (sales personnel from PCD) about entire project and specific requirement & need of this SOS/Fire Emergency telephone system. After detail understanding PCD fire system supplied product to Jaipur site and installed & tested. first few days it worked with minor noise but later on it didn’t worked at all. After our persistent followup Mr.Pereira finally admitted that the system is not design for tunnel application and need to modify accordingly to suit the application and requested us to issue a amendment PO for this modification.In the interest of job completion, we even issued them amended PO No.EBAPL/13-14/1007/07062013 07.06.2013, but even after their modification in circuits the product didn’t worked at all !!! My end user/client is holding me responsible for this failure and not releasing my retention amount of Rs.5.75 lac for no fault of ours.

We Need compensation of Rs.1161081/- from PCD fire system & apology letter too on account of loss(monetary and reputation damage of our company) that we incurred due to their negligence & carelessness towards their own product supplied to us.
