1. I ordered a sofa cum bed online to the Ms Furniture Mart. The website picture is very attractive so I wire transferred Rs. 25000/ (a discount of Rs 2500 was given). The sofa was supposed to be delivered on 25.11.13, since 25th they were saying that it has been despatched and they were not giving tracking details. On 2nd Dec, they sent docket no. which indicates date of despatch as 2nd Dec. Workmanship and looks are below standard, I am so disappointed that I probably will not consider any online shopping in future. 2. The look is different to what is shown and promised on the website. I have no doubt that this is not your original design but has been copied from somewhere else, and that is why it has not been reproduced in the exact same way. 3. From workmanship it is obvious that they have copied the picture from some website, and decorated the website to perplex the consumers, it is also a crime to copy a copy right. In reproduction they could not even made the simplest thing – the cushions, you have made pillow, see in their picture it has height (3D) also, If it was their product this mistake could never happen. 4. Second thing the legs on the website are very short (a few inches) where as in actual it is about a feet. The proportion of legs and seat are different. That is why it gives a look of a bench rather than sofa. 5. There is no check list how many or what parts are included in the consignment and there is no instruction to assemble. Till date they have not sent drawing or instructions to assemble as probably they do not have and this product is not engineered to be a sofa bed. 6. Height of the back is shorter then width of the cushions which is again a manufacturing defect in the product. In website picture width of the back is half of the width of the seat. And back is lower than the width of the cushions. 7. The very shape and dimension of the seats, back and the cushions of the product are totally different to the one which is shown in the picture on website. 8. The product was assembled by an expert carpenter, under the supervision of my brother, a mechanical engineer. There is no slot given to fix the extra legs. 9. Lastly, in the copied the drawing where they could not remove the stool from the picture, which created the confusion, but when I asked the sales man at Furniture mart he said it is included. But I did not received

Rs. 25000 (wire transferred by me) + Rs 10,000 for mental torcher and inconvenience caused, Rs. 5000 for courier for sending it back to supplier
