I,Sri Rajat Kanti Sinha ,purchases a water purifier from m/S Propello (model : Hygia.) as on 29.04.2012. But, just after one year i.e after expiring of free servicing period when I want to renew the amc of the product , it was said (by the service man of M/S Propello, duocuments given also) Rs4000.00 is to be required to pay for renewal of amc.However, during selling of the product to me, Mr. Sudip Gangully, Branch Manager of M/S Propello (as indicated in the Visting card) was written at the back side of the cash memo that only Rs.660.00 is to be paid per annum for renewal of amc. But, it may be noted that water purifier is such kind of product ,without amc /servicing it became use less.
