I Ajimon Yohannan working in New Delhi, I had received a phone call from Mr. Naveen Chandiwal from M/s P&T Marketing 16, 3rd floor, Main Market, Moti Nagar, Near Metro Station Delhi in the month of March 2014 with offer of new car and car loan. I had provided him the required documents along with processing fee of Rs. 3917/-(vide Cheque No. 163841) and one EMI for Rs. 7078/- (vide Cheque No. 460822) in their favour (P&T Marketing). Total I paid Rs. 10,995/-. He had given me assurance that he will give me loan approval within 3 days otherwise he will return the money that I paid him for processing and EMI. After one week he informed me that my loan application is not approved and they will return the money which they collected from my side. After many follow-up with him through phone call and email he returned me only Rs. 6,500 out of 10,995 in the month of May 2014. The balance amount has still not received from him even till today. He is not in a position to returned the balance money, whenever I call him he is refusing to return the money and threatening. Later I came to know that P&T Marketing is a number one cheating company in Delhi and they have cheated me. On the website of consumer court complaint forum, I found there are many complaints against P&T Marketing for cheating many people in Delhi. In this situation I would like to request you to kindly take up this matter the concerned and take action against them to return my money at the earliest.
