I purchased one jogur jacket from M/s Shri Hari Traders, Kamla Nagar, Delhi at the end of the winters in 2013 for Rs.1610 (after discount). The jacket was defected from elbow , but I could not see the defect. As it was off season and jacket was warm, I kept it as it is. I started wearing it in peak winter in the end of Dec.’13 and after wearing for 2-3 times the defect became visible. I contacted M/s Shri Hari in Jan.’14, but he said nothing can be done. One again I went there and requested, they kept my jacket and returned as it is after 15 days or so in Feb.’14 saying that company Jogur has refused to do any thing. I don’t know whether M/s Shri Hari or M/s Jogur have refused. This is direct loss of Rs.1610/- without my fault. I expect some solution from Jogur.
