M/s Umimobiles Pvt ltd marketing their UMIX2 mobiles via Ecommerce facility in their umimobiles.in I have pre booked the product by paying Rs 500 initially and also made the final payment of Rs 13500/. So far I have not received confirmation of final payment and thus the order confirmation despite several appeals over telephone and email. Therefore I am not sure of either receiving the product and since there is no confirmation of final payment cannot also request for refund. Approached the processor for payments M/S PayTM for redressal; no success with this as well. In the Umimobile facebook page, several customers have aired their grievances about companies indifference towards their customers but the company is generally silent about either refund or product delivery although they periodically they announce dates of delivery without showing actual progress. Approximately over 10000 customers have prebooked this product and also made the final payment. Hardly 100 or 200 customers have actually received the product and the rest are frustrated for want of valid information about the status of either refund of payments or delivery of the product I hereby request the ministry to take strict action against UMI mobiles Pvt Limited and help the honest citizens of India who have paid their heard earned money for this product from the company

LOst Rs 14000 pre booking amount

I need refund of the amount. Also suggest that the company be censured and general public members’ who have also pre booked like me and suffered be relieved from their suffering
