I have never ever faced such kind of poor services and communication from any one in todays world..U people seems to be less concerned abt ur customers problem. I just want an mail from ur side that u can not solve my problem and hence I am free to change my service provider. or u just want that only that why there is no solution even after my 25 visits to your customer relationship centre at Sai Communication, Ramdaspeth nagpur. I have converted my no from Post paid to Pre and since than facing problems. First there was no activation for 15 day sand then later I am unable to send and recieve msg. what ever the people from customer care told on ph , I hav etried every damn thing. Sai communication people themselves checked an said everything is ok..and the problem will be solved my end of the day..but there seems to be no end of that End of the day..This is my last complaint and if u r unable to serve then I will ask my employer to stop using Airtel connecton by quoting the above super services..I want the msg services to start before 30th Dec 2011 so that i canuse it for new yr wishes or just inform ur inefficiency so that I can put this on various networking sites to create some awareness abt the great services of airtel.
