MTNL – Billing issue of internet connection not getting any resolution by company

It’s been almost 7-8 months since I have registered complaint regarding excess billing for my internet connection in MTNL, but I am not getting any resolution for my complaint. They have generated a bill of around Rs11000. We have not made any over usage of data which is just 400 MB for the month, but in the bill it has exceeded over 1 GB. We didn’t even switch on our modem after first week of the billing month but they have charged in that non usage period too. If MTNL wants, they can even track our modem if it’s possible to track!!!

I want my plan to be restored as soon as possible and a fair billing must be done for that particular billing period. Monthly plan is Rs250 but it has exceeded over Rs11000.
