Dear , Last week on Tuesday telephone line coming from the pole was broken and immediately i registered my complaint with the local Telephone station but after multiple follow up with them no one has turned up to rectify the problem and even i registered the complaint on there curtomer support site and even dropped a mail to there PG cell but still no action is been taken. Everytime when I contacting them they are saying it would be resolved in a day or two and now it is more than 10 days that my broadband is down which is impacting me. Request if you can please help in getting this resolved. Please let me know incase if you need further information. Regards Anusheel
