i am using mtnl broadband plan is (ui599) in which i was getting 150-200 kbps data download speed but last three months i was getting only 35-45 kbps download speed and broadband get disconnected at least twice a day, example if i need to download a file of 5.00 mb , before it take 5-6 odd min but now it become 10-15 min ,now the speed is very less.
i want they adjust money which i have paid in there bills …like in august mtnl line disconnected for 1-15 day but bill was for 31days .. but i had use the services for only 15 days … i want service should be better for me in upcoming 7 days
