My internet connection is not getting the speed promised by MTNL. After calling customer care they hangup the phone or donot respond. They donot tell their name also.The complain number is 8178.I kept calling again and again but no response.They didnt take call thereafter.

Strictaction against the misbehaviour of customer care and refund of my last 3 months bill amount.Also i want the speed i am promised by MTNL.
