It’s been three months I am experiencing intermitted internet issue with my MTNL broadband connection. Every time I have raised complaint, they have been closed without any action on it. For couple I have kept on raising the internet issues when there was no response. I took the modem to the najafgarh MTNL office to get it checked and they have confirmed that it’s working fine. I have complaint to their respective person and they started arguing among them self after some time they assured me that lineman will look into this. As expected no one came to my house to check the same. I started logging complaints to MTNL Customer care executive they also told that line man will come and look into this; still nobody came to fix the issue. I raised the complained to H L Chopra (9868134556) and he has also given me the fake assurance and no action has been taken on the same. I raised complaint with Area manager (011 25074040) she told that she will look into this and again no action has taken again it. I have informed the lady that I will complaint the same in their head off and her reply was “sure sir”.
I was not able to use the internet for last 3 months. I have some extra office, my internet was not working due to which I have to go to the office by myself for couple of day and stretch my shift for 16 hours.
As there is no alternate broadband option other than MTNL in najafgarh I cannot afford to lose/disconnect the connection, but if the their services will remain in the same order I would like this connection to be disconnected with refund of last three month along with the expenses that I have spend to go to the office along with the full and final settlement then and there
