Complaint about Telephone No 011-23361720. Prepaid Broadband, was not working for more than 7-10 days. Free extension in validity of prepaid broadband as per rules not prepaid by MTNL. 30 days extension as per website but not provided.

Poor service No internet for 7-10 days but full payment taken. 45 days Internet validity date extension

BSNL Refund Not Received
I have surrendered my BSNL Landline connection (It is on name of my mother : Vimal Wani number : 020 – 27171621 – Pune) on 2nd July 2013. Deposit after subtracting last bill 2553.00 has to be refund to me immediately within 2 months but after completion of 7 months also I am getting answered like it will take more two months to get cheque. And amout I will get will be without interest. They are saying we all are part of that process & It will remain as it is. Thank You.
