MTNL – Poor Service in all aspects

Mtnl delhi broadband plan – 1) Landline is not working from past 3 months 2) Internet service is having poor quality or in my case I get time to work on internet on weekends only and thus if there is no service on those days its clear that for me service is 0 3) No bills delivered at my home address from past 8-9 months 4) Executives seems to illiterate as they don”t know how to converse with customers. 5) 90% of the email ids mentioned on mtnl delhi”s website are not working and those working aren”t ready to involve themselves to rectify the problem 6) No waivers on bill while there was no internet connection for more than 2 weeks 7) Spend so much money on calling the customer care I am paying the bills on time still such a poor service is getting on my nerves and i would like mtnl to pay for this now. Sent at least 8-9 mails but no replies. Landline No. – 01125355905

Refund if possible or free service for the period there was no service. Or Disconnect service and pay for the inconvenience
