Despite many complaints and visits of the mtnl linemen, my broadband has not been working for the past one month this year and this has been a recurring problem almost every year. Helpline executives are never accessible and are of no help either
My work has suffered a great deal month after month for several months in a year. My communications, transactions all are in a great jeopardy and I feel not only helpless but have suffered a great deal of monetary as well as emotional loss.
I would have claimed damages if it were not a Govt. driven service.
