I am an Engineering Student and I have this MTNL Broadband connection on my name. Since last two weeks, my WIFI is not working good. I complained the authority but when I call them after a few days, they say that the complaint has been resolved but it is not (Complaints no.s : 63300024;64600279). When I go to my area lineman and ask him to check the problem he says that I have checked the problem and that he will not do it again and again. The problem is not getting solved and no technician is visiting my home to check the problem correctly.

No such physical and economic damage but a little bit of mental damage as I have my exams is the next few days and I am running here and there wasting my time calling MTNL Customer care and the managers.

Sir I am a student So, I only want that the problem with my internet should be solved very soon so that I could continue with my studies properly.
