Hello Sir, I have purchase MTS- 3G Wifi plus on Oct 22, 2014 stating that they are providing 9 mbps speed for 40GB. When I have purchased, it was initial delay from them to have the connection installed. It took nearly more than a week for them to have the connection in place. Since then I am facing issues with the speed. I have registered a complaint on their customer care and the complaint no is NOV/5996 for speed issue. The complaint was registered on 18 Nov 2014 and they have their TAT for 22 hours. Its been more than a week they have not provided any kind of resolution on the issue faced and MTS customer care is contemplating that they can provide maximum speed of 9 mbps only but the internet is connecting at 1.68 mbps (download) and 1.08 mps (upload). I would require better service provided and the performance of the product as mentioned during the sale of the product (MTS MBlaze Ultra Wifi – 3G Plus)
