I just activated internet plan 798 unlimited. as per the plan they offer 8GB data at high speed and then speed is revised to 64kbps = 8KBPS. they have already provided the software which do track the total data usage. on the mark in the software they provided which shows total download and upload data as 7GB i got message from them that i have used 100% data i.e 8GB but software was showing that i have used total only 7GB. when i had conversation with the customer care officer they said that the software they provide is not reliable and it shows about 20% data fluctuation.

I want my money back i.e 798 Rs. also compensatory fine for the frustration and all they i feel. They should be penalised for cheating the customer. They should be forced to advertise the fact in all their product and media that their software is not proper and it has more than 20% defect
