MTS Broadband – Speed Performance Review

Dear Customer, Thank you for writing to MTS. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. You have been an esteemed customer of MTS family. You have expressed your concern in the email dated Mon, 14th July ‘2014 regarding MDN 845919xxxx we would be glad to assist you on the mentioned below concerns: 1. Refund: We are sorry to inform you that we do not have the provision to refund the amount of the device. Hence, we respectfully decline your request for the same. Further, we would also like to inform you that we are operating on wireless communication and hence speed may vary time to time or area to area. Speed also depends on multiple factors like number of users logged in at a particular time interval, location where the services been used etc. We would also like to inform you that our network team is already working to improve the current situation. 2. Service disconnection: We would like to inform you that as per the confirmation given to you on 12 July 2014 10:30, as per your request number 651223, your account will be temporarily deactivated within 6 days. We would be sharing the final bill in the next month which will let you know the full and final outstanding amount. We would request you to kindly clear the same for processing the request of permanent cancellation of the account services. We would also like to inform you that before permanent disconnection of account number it first gets temporarily deactivated and within 90 days it will get permanently disconnected and during this period no charges will be applicable.
