I Had Purchased a MTS Plug in for internet browsing a month ago . The company hasn’t responded for continuous complaint regarding installation issues .Now when requested to refund the amount they are denying. The instrument costs Rs 1400. Kindly help in resolving the case.
As per the company policy the instrument needs to be activated in a month s time. I had contacted the company more than 50 times on their customer care. Now I fear loss of my money i spent on purchase of the product and also feel depressed of being cheated.
I request your team to coordinate with the company and get the plug in software installed in the pc or take measures for working of the plug in .If otherwise then get the refund from the company .
