Bought MTS wifi data card by july 10 but it dint had any speed and made a complaint on July 14 this is complaint number jul 4008. Speed i was getting .2 mbs .. As the issue was not resolved again made complains on aug6 459 and sep 2238. Complaints raised on august and September were closed stating already an complaint (jul4008) exist. On oct 10 they send a legal proceeding for non payment of amount. I called balaji(9500012025) and inquired about it. The mail had mentioned balaji as the contact person.He made some fake promises of resolving the complaint in 4 days and asked me to pay 1122 so that my data card can be made active for him to resolve the issue. But till now the issue is not resolved and my data card is barred again sending a legal notice. When i called the customer care they say the complaint jul4008 does not even exist. kindly do the needful

As the result. without even getting the proper service I had already spend more than 4k for the bad internet service. I have been threatened even in the calls few times to pay the bill.
