I have purchased a MTS Data Cards A00000435F0F0A (SIM No.9143489688) from The Mobile Store, Garia, Kolkata on 08.03.2014 vide Invoice no.21152/10882157 by Cash Rs.1400/-. I have submitted all the KYC required by MTS for activation the above mentioned Data Card on same day i.e. 08.03.2013 but till date not yet activate the Data Card by your company. I have repeatedly contact with MTS sales person (Name not known) with his mobile no.9143634266. He told me from beginning, every day same commitment that the activation done by today 1st half, then today evening, then tomorrow morning & then….. but till date the data card is dead.

Now I want to return this data card to MTS. I don’t want to use MTS data card in future because this type of service. I want to refund my purchase amount Rs.1400/-
