MTS – Data Card Not Working Properly – Review

Sir,I Purchased Mblaze connection as on September 2013,but from last month(28/05/14) it was not working properly,So I approach to service centre – Ensure Support Services India ltd Shop no.137,1st floor Near Vikas Bazar Mathura Cntct no-9319791117,9259289922 The concerned person at service centre assured me that no to contact before 15 days for new device,I contact him after 15 days his mbl was not connected ,than after 20 days I reached to service centre and he gives me very unsatisfactory answer that he cant say whenever my new device will delivered from Chennai presently its out of stock,I am facing too much trouble without net connection my exams are ready to go as I am preparing for competitive exams,,,,,,,,,pls help me Sir as soon as possible.

My new device as soon as possible with my data which i left in it,if its not possible that device out of stock than amount to purchase same device. Thanking You
