MTS Data card – Speed Issue closing complaint without proper information

We got a new MTS datacard connection on 799 postpaid plan for our company. The promised speed is 3MBPS. The promised speed was delivered for the first 3 days. From the fourth day the speed was always clamped to 0.32MBPS. As per TRAI rules we raised a complaint with the helpline center (no. MAY/9943). It was not resolved even after 20 working hours. After lot of calls the complaint was closed after 6 hours of deadline without any resolution. The problem the MTS assumed was that the speed is limited due to my location. I have technically explained them that it is not the case many times. Even then the complaint was closed because the cannot have it beyond deadlines to close tickets.

The problem shall be resolved and people need to be questioned for not giving proper response to their customers. I am attaching the mail chain which contains all details. Please contact me at +918754543xxx
