MTS Datacard – Ignoring Deactivation Request

‘m not getting speed for my MTS Datacard , Registered a complaint 2 times in 20 days but no action taken. They generated complete Bill for 20days and ignoring my request to deactivate. Customer care is another worst thing….

I really don’t want this worst service providers to run their business ,Action should be taken on their false advertisements.
