I have bought MTS datacard two months back. I was promised to get speeds upto 9.8 Mbps at the time of purchase. But I didn’t even get speed nearly 512 kbps. I raised complain with MTS customer care to resolve the issue with complaint number jul\8741 and sep\5381. Issue was not been resolved even after 2 months. I am getting very poor support from MTS to resolve my issue.
Unable to use internet properly. Unable to fulfill my desired work due to slow internet speed.
