Dear sir,I beg to submit that,I have purchased a MTS dongle By MTS sales Executive NITIN(Mob. No. 8459337592)on insisting by him to do so on an offer by paying 500 Rs with 10 GB unlimited data, all india Roaming free and activation within 24 hrs but as of now my dongle is inactivated after 28 days.I have contacted Nitin but he dint receive my call.Thereafter i contacted MTS through helpline nos. and email ids but they misguided me by telling your dongle will be activated within 48 hrs and refused to register any complaint for the same.

I am unable to access broadband after paying to MTS and spent 300 Rs on Travel expenses and Phone calls for the same.

My Dongle should be activated at earliest and refund my expenses occured due to this misdoings.
