A] Device given to me was old as promised new device will be provided B]Offer with the device for Trend Micro Antivirus was also not there C] I asked the person to collect the device but they didn’t do it neither provided me with a receipt D] I asked for concession for the days of service not provided but they slap me with the charges E]though requested for clousre of the account they kept my account active MTS has stopped service in Pune and none of the email has been replied till now suddenly they have woke up and asking me to pay more tahn 2000 rs and come down to delhi on my cost

I want them to take their device do the settlement as the total bill i need to pay is 300 rs however they are asking me to pay much more
