MTS – internet balance was not given officer is also trying to misguide

i am having data card of MTS(9152203xxx) its balance was around 12 GB on 2/12/2013 and i received messages from MTS that my validity will expire on 2/12/2013 11:59 p.m. but my validity was expired before the time. I complaint on costumer care and MTS store but nobody helped me. Then in order to use net i recharged my net card with Rs 248 on 2/12/2013 at around 6 pm. Then i mailed my complaint to MTS appellate authority and he replied that i have recharged with 248 and its not balance carry forward recharge so my validity is expired but the truth is before recharging my balance was already expired and also 248 is balance carry forward recharge according to MTS official site. The appellate officer is also trying to misguide me.Since two months i am trying to seek help from MTS but they are not ready to help.

i want all my data back and also compensation for wasting my time and also for the loss of work i was not able to do because of net problem. Punishment to the company for not respecting their costumers
