MTS – Internet not working poor service

Respected Authority, My humble submission is as under – 1.On 27/09/2013 i got converted my mobile networtk to mts from idea vide my porting request. 2.on that day onwards internet is not working on my network although before the conversion i had other sim on that, internet was working properly. 3.Next day on 28 sept i rang to customer care and follow the procedure what was told by them but then also internet did not get start. 4.After that i have contacted with customer care executive approx 10 times requesting to start my internet as i have recharged the net plan on 28 sept. 5. All the times what they plead was proved fake. 6. Due to get tired i filed complaint through email to appellate authority and data support team of MTS to solve out the problem approx 15 times till now. but all proved vain. 7. Through this time i visited 5 times to MTS retailer of Gandhi Nagar, Jaipur to solve out the problem but did not get relief. 8. I also went MTS head office of Jaipur situated at Vaishali nagar to solve out the problem, there executive assured me to remove the problem in 1 day but then also problem remained as it is. 9. I went Service centre of MTS mobile situated at Shastri Nagar, Jaipur to check out the handset there i got the answer that p[roblem exist in network and not in handset. 10. I also replaced my sim through MTS retailer then also problem continued. 11. After all the efforts now i am feeling disappointed and hopeless towards service provider.

Therefore Your good self is requested to order the service provider to provide me At least 100,000 RS. as compensation and other what is deem fit for natural justice.
