Since the time I have purchased the MTS MBLAZE Ultra wifi I am not getting the speed of more than 34 to 42 kbps where as company is claiming a speed of upto 9 mbps. I have raised this concern to customer care thrice and written an email on appellate authority from where I have not received any response.
I am not able to work on my company laptop due to which my work got hampered. Secondly I had to use the airtel broadband due to which it has hampered the sleep of my other family members. Even when I am using the broadband they are not able to utilize the same.
I want refund of my money. As company is saying they will not be refunding any money. As per their policy I have to return the MTS before 15 days and I have purchased this on 13 Jun 15
