Hi, Am experiencing very low bandwidth for past 2 months. Am using this connection since Jan’2014. I have raised a complaint with MTS care service, but so for no one turned up to sort of the issue. The complaint number with MTS is still active. Am paying my dues to MTS on time. I have attached the proof for your reference.

I want MTS person to visit my place to check for the connection speed and resolve the issue by providing promise speed. If they are unable to resolve the issue, Please provide me better solution for my effort.
