I have requested for porting my existing Reliance mobile number 9785003xx to MTS Smartphone number and this porting process has been successfully completed & started by tele-verification on dated 28.06.2014. In this Poring plan I have gained a data volume 100 GB from MTS with validity expire on dated 28.07.2014. Till date 27.07.2014 there was no issue about the data volume gained by this mobile number. On dated 28.07.2014, I have checked my balance by dialing *225# and received a message in reply that showing about data plan expiration (i.e. 28.07.2014) then I have contacted customer care for increasing the plan validity in terms of carry forwarding. They told me that there is a normal recharge voucher amount Rs. 351 and 195 are available for carry forwarding the data volume. Then I have immediately recharged my mobile number by an amount Rs. 351 and received a confirmation message (Transaction ID: 608797106) of recharging. Now on dated 29.07.2014 when I have checked my balance again then there is no data volume has been shown which was remaining till 28.07.2014. I have further contacted to the MTS retailer they have talked with customer care but there is no satisfactory answer. I have discussed my complaint with all of concerned officers including local MTS-BRAND Shop but there is no positive response till date. I am Continuing in touch via email with the MTS and asking them that Where is recharge value benefit of Rs. 351. I have lost all offered data volume as well as amount Rs 351/-. Please clarify the matter as soon as possible. I am very frustrated with your local service as well as customer care service. They are always given a very confusing and different answers when I have contacted again and again. Please help me to sort the matter as soon as possible.

I want either the remaining data volume with confirmed validity or my amount 351/- returned back & porting cost 500/- for the particular MTS smartfone plan.
