I am using the broadband connection approx since 1 year. half the time the internet is not working. there is no proper customer support. they do not fix internet on time.. every alternate day the internet is down and not working. the staff is ignorant and no proper action is taken to fix. fast month the internet was down for almost 20 days.
Suffered financial business loss and loss of customer due to bad internet as my work is all internet based. Suffered in Exams because of no internet access.
They should bare the loss and return the money they have charged with interest for the internet service.
