DearSir/Madam, This is Imrankhan from chennai, I bought MTS WIFI datacard on October with a plan of 12GB of min 1-2 mbps speed. Right from the beginning I never experienced that speed, I am not satisfied with this service, Hence I made calls several times and later then they gave me a complaint # as OCT/6869 ON 24th October and since the issue is not been resolved. Then later again I received sms confirmation as the issue has been resolved on November – 4th . I am having a conversation with the customercare@mtsindia.in. Since long back, Still they are saying that the “issue is You have expressed your concern and the issue is being progress” I don’t like to pay bill since the service is very poor and the service is not as they stated while I buy it. My latest customer complain # is NOV/7510 which is been registered on November 21st and th issue will be resolved by 22 working hours. But the same issue is taking place, here. This is my worst experience ever on this service. Pl ease note my details below, MTS DATACARD # : 8925530xxx
I dot like to pay my bill for November month.Requested to take actions immediately, no quick actions taken since I made the complaint. This issue is keep on going without the resolution. Not to provide false statement with the broadband speed to customers.
