Internet speed is too bad at my locality in Bangalore. Getting download speed in the range of 0.4 to 0.8 Mbps, while their 3Gplus network supposed to give a speed of 9.8 Mbps. I have filed this complaint with their customer care. But still they have not taken any step to fix the issue and no response from customer care.
