On 5th January 2014 I received a message from MTS(LM-622731) describing this ” Today’s deal -Get 1GB Xtra for 30 days wid any pack above 574.Hurry,recharge ur Mblaze Ultra 8182988011 & avail this fabulous offer on 5-Jan.Xtra credit in 72 hours.” So that day I recharged with Rs. 675. (Transaction id: 117710821 MTS Number: 8182988011 Recharge value (MRP): 675.00 Date: 2014-01-05 03:41 PM). But I did not get the extra credit within 72 hours. So I lodged a complain on 11th January(Complaint no. JAN/3496). Today I got a message that the problem has been resolved. But I still did not receive the credit. So I called customer care again. Now they are saying that my number is not eligible for this offer and these kind of messages are regular thing but I won’t get the benefits. Please help. I am form Bangalore and my MTS data card no is- 8182988011
I want that extra data credited to my account as promised in the message along with compensation for the delay and inconvenience caused. I called the customer care again and again but till now I did not get any solution..
