Dear Sir, I have placed an order for a mobile Karbonn Titanium S9 through online shopping by Mulyashop.com on 14/04/2014 and i have paid 9285/- for the same. i have not received the product till date. and there is a delivery time as per mulyashop.com delivery policy is 1 week.

i have called many times but there is no response and i think i have spend more than 1000/-

want complete amount back with appropriate interest and amount which i have spent while calling and tracking my order.
